Download to an iPhone or iPad Directly
Previously, iOS devices lacked the capability to download .mp3 files directly from the browser window, requiring iPhone and iPad users to download files to their computer first and then transfer them over (instructions for this method are provided below), or use an app (option also provided below).
However, it is now possible to download files directly to your iOS device using either the links provided in your order confirmation email or the links found in your account on our website.
Here's how to download directly to your device:
Step 1:
Retrieve your order confirmation email, which was sent to you after placing your order. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Within the email are your download links. Tap on one of the links to begin the download.
Step 2:
After tapping the link, your device should automatically open the browser window (typically Safari). You will encounter a prompt screen offering two options:
Option 1: View. Tapping this will play the track over your phone or Wi-Fi connection.
Option 2: Download: Initiates a download to your phone.
For this example, we will select ‘download'.
Step 3:
You'll notice the download bar appear under the arrow in the top right-hand corner, indicating your file is downloading to your device. Allow the black bar to complete, then tap the arrow again.
Step 4:
After tapping the download arrow again, a prompt will display showing your file within your device's ‘downloads' folder. By tapping this prompt, your device will open the file from your phone, allowing you to play it.
Please remember that to access these files for future playback, navigate to the Files folder from the home screen on your iOS device.
Please note: If you don't have your account login details, your username is the email address you used for your purchase and your password can be reset on the login page.
If you are having trouble logging in, please contact us using this form.
Download to an Android Device
Android devices function similarly to desktop computers, allowing for seamless downloading of music files to Android phones or tablets without issue.
When you tap on a download link from your order confirmation email or the downloads section in your account, the download typically commences automatically on most Android devices. The file is then saved to your default ‘downloads' folder.
If you encounter difficulty locating the downloaded file on your Android device, it may be due to the absence of a file manager app. While most newer devices come with a preloaded file manager, some older devices may not have one installed.
A file manager app assists in organizing and managing your files, including music, videos, PDFs, and other media. If you require a file manager app, consider downloading ES File Manager or File Commander for Android. These apps enable easy access to your downloaded files and streamline your file management process.
